This policy explains how Goda Rai Studio handles personal data when you use godarai.lt and book a visit.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address when you book or leave your details.
• Your quiz answers (area, hair type, methods tried) so we can suggest the right service.
• With your consent, analytics and marketing cookie data.

How we use it

• To contact you about the consultation, agree, confirm and remind you of the time.
• To thank you after your visit and invite you to leave a review (on Google or privately to us).
• To send news — only if you have clearly agreed. You can unsubscribe in any email.

Legal basis

Performance of a contract (managing your visit), legitimate interest (service quality) and your consent (news, marketing cookies).

How long we keep it

Visit data for 3 years after your last visit unless the law requires otherwise; newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We never sell data. It is stored on our server (Hostinger, EU). When marketing cookies are used, visits and registrations are shared with Meta and Google for ad measurement; for a registration Meta also receives your contact details in hashed (encrypted) form (Meta Conversions API).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, and complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate. Write to labas@godarai.lt.
